Wednesday 25 June 2025: Cadillac’s exciting and innovative range of electric vehicles will now provide customers in Australia and New Zealand with elevated levels of convenience and technology with the local launch of Cadillac Connected Services.

Cadillac Connected Services is a suite of digital capabilities that enable Connected Infotainment, over-the-air updates, and the ability to connect to your vehicle via the Cadillac Mobile App. These new features will be available in Cadillac models in Australia and New Zealand from late 2025.

That means the Connected Services will be available in the Cadillac LYRIQ, which is already on sale, and will arrive with the next two models, the smaller Cadillac OPTIQ SUV, and the larger, three-row VISTIQ SUV, when they launch locally.

From later this year, Cadillac Connected Services will enhance the driving and ownership experience by enabling over-the-air updates, which means customers will be able to receive vehicle refinements and enhancements right from their driveway.

Customers will also be able to download the Cadillac Mobile App, bringing convenient remote interactions and management of their Cadillac vehicle from their compatible smartphone.

Highlights of this smartphone connectivity include the ability to send remote commands to your vehicle such as temperature pre-conditioning and lock/unlock the vehicle, check the level of charge in your Cadillac EV, run vehicle diagnostics and even find where your Cadillac is parked.

Inside the luxurious Cadillac cabin, customers will find a new Connected Infotainment experience, with Google built-in. Highlights include Google Maps®, the Google Assistant® and access to the Google Play® Store, all artfully integrated into Cadillac’s 33-inch display.

Model Year 26 Cadillac EVs sold in Australia and New Zealand will include 8-years of Connected Services from the date of first registration.

Customers who have taken delivery of a MY25 LYRIQ or do so prior to the launch of Connected Services later this year, will be invited to visit a Cadillac Service location for a complimentary upgrade.

Managing Director for General Motors Australia and New Zealand, Jess Bala, said the Connected Services rollout was yet another example of Cadillac’s commitment to providing the best technology available and improve convenience to the customer.

In today’s highly connected world, customers expect to be able to access everything they need from their smartphones, and the Cadillac Mobile App means that they will now be able to communicate with their vehicles, and check on them, which opens up a whole new world of convenience and amenity,
says Jess Bala.

The inclusion of our new Connected Infotainment experience also means that Cadillac owners will have the very latest in Google’s class-leading services, from Google Maps to the Google Assistant.

Cadillac is constantly evaluating new technology for its vehicles, software and Mobile App. New updates and features will be communicated as soon as they are ready for customers.
